have been a resident of Kapilina Beach homes going on 3 years, I love this place BUT... have been living in a so called renovated home with nothing but interior primer paint. Every year my rent gets raised, I was promised fencing all around the back of my house and also up to this date, nothing! I've gone to the office several times to address the interior paint, and in two year no results. They charged late fees for not paying rent on time and are really quick about addressing those who violate any rules and regulations here in Kapilina, so I hope in that same way, they own that they have being charging me the whole amount for a home that does not meet those standards, "fully renovated". Hopefully they do the right thing ASAP.
