Social security employees are bribed to delete my medical records and called the hospital to tell me my medical records are burned.and threatening me to say my car accident and injuries happened now. It has been 5 times I applied since my April 3, 1982 car accident. MTA and my employer and Allstate have been bribing them to fabricate my disability for 37 years. Everytime I went to apply online or to appeal online it said this account is suspended. They suspended my SSA account for me not to be able to apply online. On April 3, 1982 I was driving on Steinway St Astoria NY My car and MTA bus crashed. The ambulance and police came. The police did car accident report and the ambulance took me to Elmhurst hospital. I stayed two weeks in bed at the hospital I could not move, I had six broken ribs, broken right ankle, broken nose, cuts on my chin and nose, Dr. Meizenbacher operated on my right ankle and placed four big screws in it. Two weeks later they discharged me from the hospital gave me crutches and put a cast on my right ankle. At home I could not use the crutches because my back was in severe pain. I couldn't use the crutches to go to the bathroom. Two months later I went to Elmhurst hospital for my follow up orthopedic x-rays. In August 1982 Doctor sudlon the chief of the orthopedic arranged a second ankle operation to remove the four screws they shouldn't have placed in my ankle. Again I was going for x-rays every six weeks in Elmhurst hospital in Queens NY for follow up x-rays until end of August 1982. Meanwhile no one paid me. My Allstate agent Michael Kalkin refused me to claim my car accident and injuries he said my insurance expired I can never never claim my car accident and injuries. My employer did not put me on disability with workers comp for off the job injured worker because I told them my car accident was not claimed. MTA and Allstate abused me by still not claiming my car accident. I sued them as prose I won three million dollars default judgment their lawyers stole it. SSA always denied me disability and threatened me that I can not say my car accident and injuries happened in 1982 I have to say it happened now. I refused to lie they refused to give me disability by deleting my Elmhurst hospital records . I couldn't sue Elmhurst hospital I was told it is a city hospital you can not sue. Until now none of them paid me and Elmhurst hospital says my medical records were burned in a fire. I am suing SSA as prose for disability payments. And Allstate and my employee benefits that I had private disability and accidental benefits remain unpaid. I sued them three times as prose they let me win default judgment a by not responding to my SUMMONSES then without I being there and without my knowledge they dismiss my cases. I am suing them again if you take my case. I am suing SSA in Federal Court.they are also hacking my mobile hired a professional hackers for me not to be able to find a lawyer
