Last year I bought two rings for my daughter's 21st - one had a pearl in it and the other had cubic zirconias. She hardly started wearing them and the pearl fell out. Luckily she found the pearl. I took it in to American Swiss and they sent it away for repairs (American Swiss at Randridge Mall). Whilst that one was away, the other ring's cubic stone fell out. So we fetched the one which was repaired and handed in the other one. Subsequent to them being repaired, both have broken again!!! That is, the pearl fell out and is now LOST and the cubics have come out again!!! I have seldom come across such shoddy work and would like a refund.
