Two of my ego AIO electronic cigarettes stopped working

I bought 2 ego aio e cigarettes and only used them for 6 weeks. The store I purchased them from will not refund or replace them. So I am coming to joyetech to see if you can help me. I have purchased your products for many years and I would be grateful if you could help me out with the problem thank you
