Two month delay honoring Total Service Warranty

We reported a breakage and leaking in November--a technician came December 17th--and have been calling constantly since to have this taken care of--we spent $99 on a warranty. We were told that they couldn't get the part. This morning we were scheduled for a call from 7:30-9:00--nobody called or texted. When I called--I was on hold for over 10 minutes and told that the time frame was 11:30--1pm. This entire process has lacked a minimal level of professionalism. User's recommendation: Do NOT purchase the Spencer's "Total Service" warranty and think twice about purchasing from them--we are.
