                Two hour wait
                                    When my call was finally answered I explained the part number I was looking for. After a while she says that they dont have that part number or that it isnt Dometic. I explained that in fact it is a Dometic product and it was 65 years old. She places me in hold and after waiting abort her 15 min gives me the name of a company that might have a substituted part. User's recommendation: Take the clients number down and do a call back. Those 2 hours lost on hold will never coma back to me.
