Hello. I have a flight from Moscow to Tel Aviv at 18.06.2021. LY 612. I bought tickets with bravofly 24.06.2021 I bought full package- ticket, luggage, insurance. It costs 17.123 rubles. When i came to Registration , they didn’t find my prepaid luggage and i had to buy one more for en extra 6615 rubles. I want bravofly return my money for en extra paid luggage back. I have All the paper , can send you via email Booking id: 179333****
