My tv comes on and briefly flashes the splash screen but then only the sound can be heard. Multiple resets, including all of the ones the company suggested, but nothing worked. They are now in the process of refunding the amount the tv was purchased for and I will stay away from ONN brand (and most likely Roku tv since it seems to be an issue with all of their branded tvs) until reviews are more positive. User's recommendation: This seems to be a case of "you get what you pay for". Buy something with a little better reputation.
