Today my wife went to the South Dade Store In Miami Florida to purchase the Second TV that we buy from them but Keep in mind , we baught a Refrigirator and stove from this same store already. When she went to pick up the TV at their warehouse, because of the size of TV and type of vehicle she called me crying because they couldn’t help her to load it in the car. Afterwards I went with same car and loaded it in the vehicle. ( Visit number 2 ) myself. Tonight as I’m happily connecting my TV , it kept on giving me a message that there was no connection. I went back to the other TV I hadpreviously purchased and noticed the HDMI was needed to connect TV. The salesman Daniel Gomes apparently was more concerned about selling a TV than providing good customer service. I tried calling the store and spoke to a manager by the name of Kevin and explained to him everything that happened. He said the best he could do was to sell me a cable at 50% off at the cost of $15. I told him just like Brandsmart has a business to run, my wife’s experience, my time, and trips were more valuable then that. He said he couldn’t just give it to me and that is the store’s policy and that is the best he could do. By the way he did noticed I made purchases from them before. Today I had decided to the stores reviews and noticed this store has terrible reviews and now I can see why. I tried calling to get corporate’s phone number and the main switch board kept on sending me back to store to the appliance department. Don’t ask me why. Based on my experience I will purchase my appliances and electronics elsewhere even if cost more. I do not recommend this store because, A - Customer Service B - Poor Management C - My wife’s experience D - The main customer service people which routes calls were negligent.
