I was married to the loser son of this business for 9 years. Our marriage ended with his multiple convictions of domestic violence. The worst being him choke holding me and punching me in the face and breaking my nose in front of our 7 year old daughter. Upon his release from jail, he immediately signed business shares that we aquired as a couple back to his father, Founding CEO, as well as our home. I was lucky to find a great attorney who made it possible to return to California with my daughter from Nevada. We have been here with my family for a year and a half, safely and thankfully. In that time, the entire Schwartz family, has contributed $100 a month towards the raising of my our daughter. To top it off, tutoring is no longer offered to her at any of the centers, despite her scholastic struggles, as their attorneys have advised not to show any association with this "family business", even though our healthcare is still provided through Tutoring Club. These people are abusive frauds, and before you join the club of failed franchisees, get to know the joke of a family you'd be getting involved with.
