Tuscany jamesina chrome kitchen faucet sprayer

My faucet sprayer is failing. It is beginning to leak which also causes the faucet water flow to "sputter and spasm". I purchased this at Menards and understand it has a lifetime warranty. I am hoping you can provide a solution by sending a replacement sprayer. Thank you very much... Dan Machold, 3938 Bates St., St. Louis, MO 63116.
