Monday, May 10, 2021, I went to Bealls outlet in Plant City, FL to return or exchange a clearance crystal turtle since I could not get it open. I asked when I bought it if it was perfume and was told "yes". The clerk said it was "just a turtle and since my receipt was over 30 days, no refund". I accepted that, made another purchase and left. On May 17th, I was again in Bealls outlet in Plant City, and surprised to see the turtle I had returned on the "clearance shelf" again. My complaint is since they planned to put it out to sell again, I should have been offered that amount subtracted from the item I was purchasing on May 10th.
