Turned off gas – no warning. Rude-lied when called customer service

Worst customer service ever! Turned off gas for $80 late bill. Never given any notice. Person did knock on door with notice he had turned electricity off. Immediately called gas company. Very rude, nasty - did not even tell me I had to call 3rd party to turn gas on and also turn all my appliances back on - with pilot lights. Liars and most inefficient experience I have ever had with a utility. Get ride of the foreign companies.
