Trying to unsubscribe from Opodo Prime

I am unable to unsubscribe from my Opodo Prime account and the automated help keeps sending me round in circles with no option to unsubscribe, except from emails. I've tried using both the website and the app and on both occasions the advice takes me into an information loop. I'm unable to talk to a human and also unable to find an email address. The money is due to be taken out of my account shortly. Thank you
