Trying to sell my car and can’t…

Currently have a lease through Nissan and Im trying to sell my lease to another dealer for the last two days and I can't. Their system is down, has been down for 2 days and we can't even get a payoff amount. Possibly going to lose the car I would like to get because of this. Thank you Nissan! Just lost a long time customer.
