Trying to see if my wife’s documents are good for Cancun

Im trying to find out before I book the Cancun date my wifes passport from Thailand and her green card from here can let her travel day with no visa we want to use our money we have a sitting there from last year with the Covid also I would like my money refunded if nobody can help me
