Trying to reach Eric John

I purchased a counter top of quartz, which L G Hausys made. It was originally installed 9/25/2018. In May of 2019 I called the company who installed it. Soon after Eric Johns contacted me for The warranty company to come out and see why it had cracked right in the corner. They said it was the installer issue. I went back to him and after much time, energy and phone calls he finally replaced it. It was installed the second time in September 2019. In January 2020, another crack has appeared in the same spot. I contacted Eric, he sent the warranty company out again about 2 weeks ago. I have been told by warranty company they have already sent the report to your company. I have tried to reach out to Eric Johns, but have heard nothing. I cannot understand what is going on at this point. New claim number is 103732 , old claim number is 92078. Can someone please get back to me I live In a 55 plus community of over 3300 people and everyone uses our website to see who to use or not use. At this point people think this is ridiculous, especially for quartz. I need to find something out I know this virus held up anyone getting out here, but now I am not hearing anything back from anyone in your company. Thank you Marsha Reardon. 909-731-****
