Trying to contact a human

Tried several numbers and all I get is a robot. when the choice to what you want is selected it asks for information that is not required to have to ask the question and/or get assistance. If the itinerary number is not inputted it will hang up. Need to know how I can use the voucher i have. been at it for a month and no joy. this is pushing me to not use Travelocity ever again.
