Trying to cancel trial

I received a email from Dropbox telling me my trial was due to run out 9th July 2021. If I didnt cancel before this date I would be automatically charged. I tried to speak with customer service on the phone but told no support for non business members. Tried following web instructions to cancel membership could not find cancel option. Tried on line chat support still no joy. Eventually called Apple support who helped. Dropbox customer service stinks. User's recommendation: Be careful before signing up for a trial it’s not as easy to cancel.
