I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a couple months. Account no. 855994097. I have written several letters and have called numerous times only to be left on hold for over 15 minutes. I have been a good customer for many years but now I would like to cancel. Please do so ASAP. I am 94 and am very tired of going to the post office to return the books over and over again. I hate to complain on a pissed website but I don’t know of any other way to get in touch with you. Please do not send me any more books or requests for books. I really can’t handle this any more.
