Trying to call the Cubs timer service 8 times and they hang up on me

This is terrible I placed an order and paid for shipping them I revived a text the order is ready for up at the store I called the store they dont have my order. I didnt want the order to be at the store to start with. I called 8 times no answer I send an email nothing!!
