Called and got recorded message saying they are glad people want to fly and they are really busy, and it would be one hour and 30 minutes until they call back. Well if you want people to fly then try hiring some people to answer the phone and make reservations. You received a ton of tax dollars, and you can't even answer the phone to get new business. This is followed by an extensive recorded message. I want booking. Just connect me to a human being in booking. Also I tried to book online, but your online system is screwed up. While it will book for two people it will only reserve seats for one person. A real piece of crap. You want customers, then do some customer service. Not rocket science. User's recommendation: Try an airline that employee people to provide customer service.
