Received a letter,,,,Cannot reach them on the phone...and they say put in reference number..you do...and they say" cannot locate',,,,oh my! I feel bad for people who have their credit scores damaged by this company,,,,I do not think that it is fair to damage someones credit, when they are just starting out,,, and have great credit score,,,and then receive a letter like this and you cannot contact them...Maybe that is what they do,,,I have never received any,,,this is for my grandaughter, who is in college....I hope this does not damage her getting an apartment,,,etc,,,I hope that we can get this resolved,,,,,quickly,,,,,
