trustpilot pricing review b2b
1
In my opinion Trustpilot pricing for their b2b is a pure money extortion enterprise. Trustpilot own users have commented that Trustpilot is a breeding ground for negative reviews, which companies then must pay to respond to. It is a common knowledge that Trustpilot allows unscrupulous customers to lie & blackmail companies. See http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.trustpilot.co.uk . Trustpilot incorrectly ranks some of the most successful and reputable companies in the UK and around the world as "Very bad with unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct" – Example British Telecom, see http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.shop.bt.com There are plenty of really reputable and genuine websites who are being silently blackmailed by Trustpilot to take up its paid service which is the only way to prevent fake and negative reviews. Trustpilot knows that customers are most likely to leave only negative reviews and this includes fake reviews especially from the competition. Reality is that very few happy users ever leave any kind of review. I have had 1st hand experience of all this as plenty of my clients are being targeted by this nasty money extortion venture and are asking me for advice. Trustpilot CEO Peter Holten Muhlmann should be arrested for fraud in my opinion and if its investors SEED Capital and Northzone really knew what’s going on I am sure they would have not invested in this scam. One can only hope that the authorities will take them down soon.
