Trust Fund deposit not available to inmate

I used the ConnectNetwork app to load money to the inmates trust fund. I deposited $300.00 to his account and the facility stated they don't have the money nor do they work with connect network. I called customer service and ended up speaking with a supervisor named Tony who was no help and said the inmate has to request the refund through the facility. The service was provided to me by connect network and I'm requesting the refund of money that has not been touched because the inmate has no access to it. Tony wouldn't even contact the facility on my behalf since the facility stated they don't know anything about trust funds. Then I said I would like a refund on the advance pay phone portion because I end up paying separately when the inmate calls because it doesn't pull from advanced pay. He told me they need a copy of my phone records to make sure it's mine. However no records were requested to set up this service! D. Stokes very displeased consumer who feels like this is a huge scam!!
