I would like to file an official complaint about the tree and shrub service that I really didn't want, but was offered a huge discount, so I said okay, I'll try it!! The offer was for fertilization of my trees and shrubs!! This was in April!! A young technician came out and must have sprayed EVERY WHERE, indiscriminately, because in July I had a HUGE overgrowth of everything!! I have pictures to prove it!! The manager who came later to investigate (AFTER THE OVERGROWTH HAD BEEN REMOVED) concluded that everything was fine!! He would not LISTEN to my explanation of what happened and didn't look at the pictures of the overgrowth that had been removed!! I AM 81YEARS OLD AND I DON'T THINK HE TOOK ME SERIOUSLY!! I would appreciate a thorough investigation of what really happened!!
