I've made repeated attempts to fix simple to complex problems (caused by their stuff), with consistently slow, uncaring, and minimal/ineffective responses from the company. They make no attempt to be fast, correct, or in any way show concern for fixing the customer's problems. God forbid they compensate anyone for their trouble. User's recommendation: Expect ineffective CS, slow shipping, no compassion.
