When she answered my brothers phone when a Wells Fargo employess called she told them he was in ICU with menengitis. They asked if she could put the phone up to his ear. How heartless! So the vehicle was repossessed in the middle of the night, along with a book that belongs to me because I am taking my real estate classes. Is this legal? They won't even respond to my brothers fiancé because she isn't listed on the loan. Even his son who is power of attorney, we were told could do nothing because he isn't listed as next of kin.
