I was driving and I stopped and started to make a turn NSU truck came flying up and instead of stopping and letting us turn he whipped his truck around the turn made a half turn and then stopped to where I’m stuck in the middle of traffic and the lights are all changing tpm 4622 it the license plate number One 1:18 PM Tuesday, April 24
