Tru-Bolt lock

Update by user Jul 30, 2021 Still have not heard from Tru-Bolt or had the issue resolved I would not suggest this product Original review posted by user Jun 30, 2021 I have a Tru-Bolt lock # 0811**** that will not unlock with the code or the key there are no tips on the www.truboltlocks.info website, how can I get in to my shop if the lock will not open ?
