Trrouble with the site

When I click on a person in my Family Tree it moves offscreen so I cannot work on it. They also added my uncles to a second mother. They asked me to take a screenshot of the problem and when I replied that I couldn't take a screenshot of something that disappeared they answered "I am happy to have been of assistance to you and that we were able to resolve your issue together."
