Trouble with connecting to internet and printer wont print

I have a HP desk jet plus 4100 series, printer which is having difficulty connecting to my printer and it says there is a issue with my payment method for instant ink service. So that renders the printers ink or print mode unusable. I need to talk to a human to get this right or I have no need for this product. Thank you, Daniel Medina. User's recommendation: Don't use the ink service its a real mess.
