Trouble with a puppy

We are having health issues with a puppy from River City Rottweiler. We can not get Leroy Cantu to response to our emails. Does anyone have his phone number? Im at loss of what to do here. What good is a health guarantee and a contract if he does not respond to our question and emails. User's recommendation: Find a different breeder.
