Update by user May 28, 2021 I did not want this to go on my credit report so after negotiations Chrysler reduced my bill by 25%. I could see other way out of this problem. I will forever bad mouth Chrysler for not resolving the problem. I will never buy or lease another car from them. Original review posted by user Apr 26, 2021 two months after we turned in our lease i received a bill Chrysler Capital for $ 220 for body damage . I had purchased the additional insurance from the dealership that was to cover all these problems. after days and hours in person and on the phone with 5 different departments i got no satisfaction. I will never buy or lease another Chrysler product. I plan on telling everyone i know how poorly Chrysler treats their customers. User's recommendation: Stay away from Chrysler products, they don't stand behind their products.
