I bought a trojan 600... I short one of the parts to start using my machine. Game store gave me a number to contact. My husband phoned 24 hourd for us to get feedback. After a week I phoned nobody knows anything with a reference nr. They gave a new nr... Still no response. Phoned again.. Nobody knows again. Got a email with a whatsapp nr.. Send a whatsapp 1 week for response. Today they answered still don't have this reference nr. Really trojan... I wish I rather bought another brand! Totally disgusted 😒
