People need to be aware that their money is not safe with Trinitas Advisory. As has been said, it is simply Sinclair James under a different name. Michael Whiting was reported to the SEC and he did a runner. He and his staff were not regulated to do business, did not have the qualifications they claimed and the securities were not properly registered. They lost millions for their clients, not just on Centaur Buttonwood but on pretty much everything – Premier New Earth, Axiom, LM Australia, etc. They were even laundering money back to themselves, through Whiting's own Ascenta Funds, via Mauritius. They did not, and are not, informing clients of the full commissions that the client is having deducted from his or her funds. Trinitas Advisory is designed to piggy back on the name of a legitimate company, Trinitas Advisors. There is no connection. TAM Intetnationsl is also based in Mauritius and is not covered by the FCA. Don't let them tell you there are different rules for foreign clients or companies. If you do business in the Philippines you MUST be SEC regulated. Don't believe any of the so-called Testimonials. Even if mistakenly given in good faith, you will not know what is in your fund until you get the cash in your hand. Sinclair James was showing funds at full value even when they'd gone into liquidation. You would be well advised to see how you can retrieve your money before it's too late and they do another runner.
