Tried to place an.order, when I typed in my address it wouldn’t let me complete order, because my address was invalid. Well I’ve been living at this address for 15 years and I get mail and packages

Ordered online Dec 7, after putting credit card info in it stated an invalid house address, which was correct. I couldnt get pass this page. I emailed company and explained. Rebecca emailed back, asking for my phone number. But I have yet to hear from her Rebecca has since called and problem had to be overridden. Order has been placed
