I bought two jackets on their BUY ONE, GET SECOND HALF OFF deal. I went in to exchange for a different size and the woman tried charging me full price for the exchanged item, and tried making a big deal about me exchanging. She said since I’m exchanging one item and not two, that I should be charged for full price. I have always liked the store, apart from them being overpriced. So I usually buy only when they have deals like these. But this was ridiculous, she was only targeting me.
