Blood pressure never connected, time always in 24 hour segments, band that requires two people to adjust, yada, yada, yada! Called Sunday and was told all charges would be dropped, and email sent to confirm. Never received, just notified by credit card that you attempted payment again. Not happening!!! Do the right thing or I will unleash the power of the internet on your company and trash whatever dubious reputation you have. User's recommendation: Don't fall for their free "just pay shipping & handling" ad.
