This is the second time I purchased a tree from Brighter Blooms. Don't know why I tried them again, the first tree I ordered arrived dead, so they sent me a second one. That one died soon after as well. So, stupid me, I tried ordering another tree about 1 year later. This tree also arrived very dry and sick. I tried to save it, but have slowly watched it completely die over the past month. User's recommendation: PRODUCTS WILL ARRIVE DEAD OR SOON AFTER.
