We had bought over 3000.00 woth of appliances Mike was our salesperson he had to leave due to family emergency. All they had to do was take the money. Josh was rude, atagnostice, tried to be slick and shady by getting us to pay more than what was agreed with mike. He kept leaving us sitting there with no explanation. The Mgr. was rude as well. He was worse. I only continued with the sale due to mike. The mgr calls me about 4 hours later while im eating dinner, is rude, insulting, tells me no one ever complained about josh. I told him there is a first time for everything. He wanted to cancel the transaction, was there within 15 minutes. Refused to let me keep the paperwork, was rude to my husband who is a very quiet person, I told him I will be writing letters and reviews and he told me that is what he figured due to my personality. Excuse me. Josh and mgr owe mike money from the sale. I do not know mike never met him. The most worst experience i ever had and I will be 58. Personally I dont think i got such a great deal anyway. My money I can spend where I want. I was in no rush dont need till the end of the month. They need more training lots of it. And this is a employee owned business wow. I have and will continue to let all my friends, family business associates not to spend any money at spencers. Shame shame shame. Who is going to remiburse me for time spent and wasted now and gast money etc..Cant put the order number or contract number mgr took it from me.
