I placed an online order today around 530- 545pm and i was able to see you what time it would be finished cooking by using the tracker on the company website and it also gives an estimated time when it will be delivered..........around 6:00pm i just called to check the status of the order cause the tracker said it had been delivered....which was confusing cause i put in the delivery instructions for the driver to call me when he was out front and i know because of coronavirus some of the drivers have the no contact rule so just in case my food was left outside i just wanted to be downstairs when he arrived. Anyway once i called a man answered i said hello im calling about my order, the man asked for my address i gave it to him and thats when he started saying the driver brought the food and implied that i was playing games and he hung up on me, i called back and since he was so nasty towards i simply asked for a refund. My child loves pizza bolis pizza but the way i have been treated i decided not to give them any of my business. Its sad cause i know most of the delivery drivers cause i order there alot. I had to tell my son he will have to find a new pizza place.
