If this is something you require than perhaps it would be best if you took your project to Miller hats, in which case we will cheerfully refund your order. We have your very detailed instructions for your hat, and we will do our best to follow them. However, we do expect our clients to make slight adjustments to their hat (if required) for personal taste. If the brim needs to be a little higher, or the crease on the crown a little deeper, than plug in your steam iron and do it, with the instructions that come with your hat. Thats the beauty of beaver fur-felt it can be adjusted with just a decent steam iron, over and over again by anyone with a bit of patience and a mirror. Many of our clients do this and enjoy bonding with their hat in this manner. Your hat is in this production run, so please advise us within a day if you wish to cancel your order.
