I have two bookings through Travelstart to fly from Johannesburg to Cape town return which was suspended due to the lockdown in March 2020 According to them we have two years to re-book expiring on 25 March 2022 I have tried since 04 January 2022 on all their platforms to re-book ( Email and WhatsApp)for 20 January 2022 and 23 January 2022 return. The electronic response thanking me for my enquiry also reminds that they will only respond in 72 hrs. I have patiently waited this out and resubmitted my query three times with very little and very halfhearted replies. It seems that I have A return flight from Cape Town but I need to make a small R361.08 payment before a certain time. No payment method or bank details is supplied where you can do this payment. I have googled that and again enquired via all platforms but no answer. All I have is an Invoice with no bank details. On the outward bound flight I have no response from them as yet. My flight is on 20 January 2022 and there is no way I can get a response from them
