Update by user Dec 07, 2018 Traveling Mailbox never attempted to contact me to resolve this issue and have stated they have no mail for me, when in fact I know they do. I had to start mail service with a different company. Update by user Nov 08, 2018 Traveling Mailbox is a FRAUDULENT and unethical company. They charged me for mail receiving services, but refused to process my mail and returned my mail to the sender without warrant. Knowing I was not provided pre-paid services promised, Traveling Mailbox refused to issue me a warranted refund. Knowing this matter involved checks sent to me but were wrongfully returned to the sender, causing me to be unable to pay my bills, which they know caused me a great inconvenience. If a customer cancels their mail receiving subscription, said customer is entitled to have their mail forwarded for 6 months. However because Travis did not appreciate my Complaint he refused to forward my mail, again, breaching their Contract. I do NOT know where my mail is that's been delivered to me to Traveling Mailbox. I had to turn the matter over to the US Postal Inspector for Investigation because they ignored my Complaint, knowing it involved checks sent to me but were wrongfully returned to the sender, causing me to be unable to pay my bills, which they know caused me a great inconvenience.
