I received 2 travel voucher for my two unused tickets due to COVID-19. I just received an e-mail that one of my vouchers was used. I called LATAM and confirmed that it was used but will not be able to tell how and who purchased it. Instead I was told to use the help center and generate a request. The gent said that was not able to tell me how was purchased and the e-mail has the ticket number
