My wife and I join Sears Access Travel and paid $5,000.00 for the benefits and was told that our travel credits are renewed every year or 12,000 credits just as long as we paid the $25 annual fee. Paid off the $5,000 and paid monthly fee and every year had to call them to get my credits added back in. Now they are not giving them back each year and want me to pay more to get their new benefits. Now they are saying it is my fault I am not getting my benefits. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS ACCESS TRAVEL. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY. THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
