I bought flight tickets and travel insurance through Travelgenio, however I didn't received any documents which needed. I spent about 90 minutes waiting for connect to any operator, when I finally had it the guy told me that he will manage, but unfortunately I spent abother 15 minutes on the line without any result. Till now I didn't received any documents from my PAID travel insurance and tomorrow I am returning back to home. The experience is terrible, I will definitely not recommend it and I will definitely never order anything from you again User's recommendation: Absolutely not!
