Transferfrom airport did not exist

We arranged with Teletext transfer after we arrived in Crete. To our horror we were left stranded at the airport as our transfer vehicle did show up or for that matter exist. We then had to pay 40 euros to be taken from the airport to our hotel. Teletext did contract us and apologised and arranged a return transfer for us. But still no word of compensation or the cost of the taxi fare from the airport.
