Transfer in Turkey – Istanbul – IST airport

Do I need a NEGATIVE COVID 19 test? I want to fly from Taipei to Istanbul (transfer in Turkey) to Vienna. I'm a Czech citizenship. Austrian government allows Czech people to arrive without COVID-19 test, but I have to leave Austria immediately and go to Czech R. Will Turkish Airlines ask me for the COVID test on boarding?
